Overview
These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Spark Alliance, Inc.'s ("SPARK," "we," "us," or "our") text message communication service (the "Text Message Service"). By providing your mobile phone number and communicating with SPARK via SMS, you agree to these Terms.
Our SMS service operates through Microsoft Teams Phone using 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration and is intended exclusively for direct, one-to-one business communication between SPARK employees and our clients, vendors, and contacts.
Plain Language Summary: SPARK employees may text you about your services, projects, or appointments. We don't send marketing blasts. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
